斯蒂芬妮·斯皮茨获得十大博彩推荐排名州立大学工作室艺术硕士学位和德雷克大学绘画学士学位, 目前就读于十大博彩推荐排名大学高等教育硕士课程. 她担任艺术与设计系行政主管7年多，负责管理100多名教师和近1000名专业学生的战略运营.
Stephanie还曾担任大学参议院执行委员会的记录秘书, 新泽西州立大学当地人委员会的全州委员会代表, 并担任大学其他几个委员会的成员.
研究 areas include: higher education; 股本-mindedness; educational leadership; diversity, 股本, 包容, and belonging; racial 股本; organizational change; intersectionality; post-secondary arts education; arts administration; mental health in higher education; social justice art education; inclusive education; globalization in higher education.
Teaching areas include: ARAN 190 Intro to Visual Arts for non majors; GNED 199 Freshman Seminar courses for Art and Design majors; She has also co-led spring break study abroad trips with Fashion and Visual Arts majors in Italy and France.
